Be one of the select vendors woven directly into our industry‑wide scavenger hunt. Each sponsor gets one custom activity built around your business—driving foot traffic, conversations, and qualified leads without awkward sales pitches.

How it works (step‑by‑step)

  1. Sign up for your sponsorship by Aug 27.
  2. Submit your activity concept (we’ll tune it to be simple, fun, and aligned with your brand).
  3. Provide your giveaway (download link or easy booth pickup) and, if you choose, your grand‑prize details.
  4. During ALTA ONE (Oct 7–9): attendees follow clues, visit you, complete the task, and claim your giveaway.
  5. We tally entries & pick winners. You’ll receive the winner’s info post‑event to arrange prize delivery directly.

Deadline: Sponsorship must be paid for and your activity & logo submitted by August 27th 2025 so we can get everything to printer on time.


Activity ideas (use one of these or pitch your own)

  • “Decode the Docs” – Attendees scan a QR at your booth, answer one smart multiple‑choice about your solution, show the success screen, and grab your giveaway.
  • “Proof or Poof?” – Two quick statements about your product—attendees pick the true one with help from your rep.
  • “Find the QR Code” – Hide a QR code somewhere in your booth or at the event. Participants scan it to collect your lead magnet. You capture their email.
  • "Snap a Selfie" - Participants snap a selfie with someone from your company, the booth, or logo and post it to social media and either tag your company or use a hashtag.
  • "Consumer Research" - Have a burning question you'd love answered? Have participants poll 3 other title agents and post the answers on social media with your hashtag.
  • "Fun Facts" - Ask participants to visit your booth, learn one interesting fact, and post it to social media tagging you or using your hashtag.
  • "Attend the Talk" - Ask participants to attend your talk, and post an interesting fact or selfie from the talk to social media tagging you or using your hashtag.
  • "Win the Merch" Have a limited number or special merch items that participants can win either by showing up first, at a certain time, or by completing a task.
  • "Bring a Friend" - Looking to draw a crowd? Ask participants to bring a friend to your booth, watch a short demo or grab a brochure, and post a selfie in the booth with your hashtag as proof.
  • "Find the Mascot" - Do you have a company mascot? Hide it somewhere at the event and ask participants to find it and post a photo online a proof.

Keep it fast. Ideal task time: under 60 seconds. The goal is flow and social proof.

Sponsor requirements (simple & clear)

  • One activity centered on your business. Email it to us on or before August 27 along with your contact information and logo.
  • Share the Game Boards On the first day of the vendor expo we'll come around with a stack of game boards. Please make them available in your booth for participants to pick up and start playing.
  • Optional create a special giveaway or prize to accompany your activity.

• Now–Aug 27: Sign up + submit activity & prize details

• Oct 7–9 (NYC): Scavenger Hunt live at ALTA ONE

• Post‑event: Wicked Title Forum selects and notifies winners to you; you fulfill your big prize directly

  • Do I need a booth?
    No, but it helps. You can designate a clear on‑site meeting point or provide your photo and ask them to find you.
  • How are entries tracked?
    Social Media posts from participants will need to use the hashtag #WickedTitleScavenger2025. We compile and validate on our side.
  • What counts as a “free download/giveaway”?
    Great options: toolkits, checklists, calculators, trial codes, or a small branded item. Keep it useful.
  • Who picks the prize winner?
    Wicked Title Forum does the random drawing from valid entries and sends you the winner’s contact details to fulfill directly.
  • Can I offer more than one big prize?
    Yes—note it on your form. We’ll reflect that in the rules.
  • What about data/opt‑ins?
    Your activity can include an instant prize that will collect their contact information either in person or via a QR code or link to your website.
